Lotte from Gadgetville
About the performance
Gadgetville is a place where everyday life unfolds among humming machines and complex experiments that don’t always succeed on the first try. This is also where little Lotte lives, believing that every day can turn into a real adventure! Together with her friends and family, she experiences a summer filled with judo lessons, the invention—and conquest—of electricity, tests of courage, and the discovery of how difficult it can sometimes be to say what truly matters.
Andrus Kivirähk’s and Heiki Ernits Lotte from Gadgetville, already well known to audiences as a book and an animated film, is a warm family performance about togetherness, trust, and the relationship between children and parents—about how we must learn both to look after one another and to allow others to follow their own path.
