BVTS Rising Violins

Based on a play by Priit Pärn, this physical theatre performance tells the story of twin brothers in a fictional Japan. They begin life as equals, but at a certain point the poor, artistic twin comes into conflict with his Yakuza brother. A clash between spiritual and physical powers becomes inevitable. Parallels with real life are coincidental, as the core of the performance is far more complex than the issues that remain topical within the narrow context of Estonian culture.
