“Generational Diversity – Myths and Reality”
This lecture explores how generational differences shape values, attitudes, and behavior in today’s rapidly changing environment. It challenges common stereotypes about generations by separating myths from reality and offering a clearer understanding of what truly defines different age groups and their core values. Special attention is given to the performing arts context, analyzing how theatre makers and institutions can meaningfully engage audiences across generations with relevant and resonant work.

The agency is known for one of the most awarded teams and for having more than 70% of its work internationally focused. He has worked with over 100 brands across sectors such as finance, FMCG, retail, telecommunications, automotive, and more. His collaborations have resulted in transformative brand strategies and campaigns that have helped brands reach new levels of growth.
“How to Address Audiences in the Baltics?”
“Too often, when creating a product or service, people begin by analyzing the audience: 1) who they are, 2) how they differ, 3) what they need, 4) what they like, and 5) how much they are willing to spend. The product is then built around these assumptions or used to justify the idea. I have observed a similar approach among theatre creators. Let’s not be these people. In this lecture, we will explore a better way to address the audience.”
No prior registration is required to attend the lecture. See you at the BVTS!
